Advice for First-Year Biology/ES majors: Make an effort to get to know your fellow bio majors. Forming a strong community makes you feel less alone and more confident in your academic journey. Also, talk to professors! Be curious and take advantage of office hours.

Favorite part about Notre Dame: The community! I have met some of the kindest and most selfless individuals here that motivate me to be the best version of myself.
