Research: I work in Dr. Wingert’s lab, where I study Friedreich’s Ataxia, a rare genetic disease, using a zebrafish model.
Post-graduation plans: I plan on attending medical school.

Advice for First-Year Biology/ES majors: Take advantage of office hours! You’re taking classes from an amazing department with professors really wants you to succeed.
Fun/interesting fact about yourself: I love Cajun food.
Favorite part about Notre Dame: I love the dorm community. There’s something special about knowing all of your neighbors in the halls.
