Biography

My research focuses on characterizing the interactions between cytomegalovirus (CMV) and host cells at the level of gene expression, with an emphasis on identifying and characterizing viral gene products that regulate the host immune response. This work aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of CMV-host dynamics and support the development of novel vaccines and therapeutic approaches targeting CMV infections.
