Biography

My interests revolve around understanding the intersection between mitochondrial dynamics and cancer metabolism. I am studying a mitochondrial phosphatase protein called PGAM5, looking at how it is regulated and how it functions depending on whether cells are attached to or detached from the extracellular matrix.
