Advice for First-Year Biology/ES majors: Although certain times may become stressful here, always make sure to have an outlet. Something that you love to do outside of classes and school that allows you to destress and unplug, whether it be exercise, journaling, going on a walk. School is important, but your mental and physical health is THE most important thing!

Fun/interesting fact about yourself: I discovered I have a weird fear of being upside down

Favorite part about Notre Dame: The ability to forge your own path here and get involved in a variety of opportunities that you are passionate about. Also, the football games!
